As an owner, you can stay in your apartment as long as you want. The only restriction is the Law 2/2013 which limits your own stay to max 6 months.

Touristic License

Amarilla Golf Residences has obtained a touristic license which creates the legal basis for short term touristic rental.

Rental Service

Our rental department takes care of the entire rental process of your apartment. The net rent will be credited into your account on a quarterly basis. Occupancy and rental income can be monitored online.

Cleaning

During and at the end of each rental period, the apartment is fully cleaned by our staff.

Repairs

During rental periods, small maintenance works and repairs are dealt with in a timely manner.

Formalitities

Our specialists will be happy to assist you with fulfilling local fiscal and administrative obligations.

Invoicing

Monthly invoices for water, gas, electricity, telecom/wifi, trash collection, common charges and the operator management fee will be settled by us and netted off with your rental income.

Maintenance & Repairs

During the time your apartment is rented, Tervias Tenerife takes good care of it. Small maintenance and repairs are immediately addressed without any charge to the owner. Tervias Tenerife also acts as the manager of the entire complex.

For capex works with regards to the common areas, Tervias Tenerife will consult with the Owners Association and manage the process on behalf of the owners.

Our rental department takes care of all aspects of the rental process of your apartment. This entails the promotion of the Amarilla Golf Residences project as a tourist destination, managing he bookings of tourist and the transfer of the net rent into your account.
