TAX & LEGAL

Our lawyers and tax specialists will be happy to assist you during and after the purchase process: Purchase advice related to inheritance – fulfilling administrative formalities for the Spanish Authorities (NIE number, opening bank account, etc. ) + obtain VAT number& periodic tax returns.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

During the time your apartment is rented, Tervias Tenerife takes good care of it. Small maintenance and repairs are immediately addressed without any charge to the owner. Tervias Tenerife also acts as the manager of the entire complex. For capex works with regards to the common areas, Tervias Tenerife will consult with the Owners Association and manage the process on behalf of the owners.

RENTAL SERVICE

Our rental department takes care of all aspects of the rental process of your apartment. This entails the promotion of the Amarilla Golf Residences project as a tourist destination, managing the bookings of tourists and the transfer of the net rent into your account. During your own stay, our concierge is at your service to ensure a carefree holiday.
